Role Overview
As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality support to customers via inbound channels (voice and email). The role focuses on handling billing, account-related inquiries, and other customer service topics, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer interactions via phone and email in a professional and timely manner
Provide support on billing, invoices, and payment-related inquiries
Assist customers with account-related topics and general service requests
Investigate and resolve customer issues by collaborating with internal teams when needed
Ensure accurate documentation of all interactions in internal systems
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving
Follow internal processes and client guidelines to ensure service quality and compliance
Identify recurring issues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
Language skills: C1 in Finnish + B2 English
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
Good PC skills, including MS Office package
Previous experience in customer service is preferred
Experience in contract/account management is a plus
Experience with billing, invoicing, or payment processes is an advantage
Proactive mindset and customer-oriented approach
Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
Availability for shift work Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Ability to work from the office in Gdańsk
Ability to work full-time
